About the Role
Happy to Help Caregiving is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to support clients throughout Blackfoot and surrounding communities. As an in-home caregiver, you will provide personalized, one-on-one, non-medical care that helps seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

What You’ll DoDepending on each client’s individualized care plan, caregiver responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Providing companionship, emotional support, and meaningful conversation
- Preparing meals and snacks based on client preferences and dietary needs
- Performing light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, tidying, and maintaining a safe environment
- Supporting mobility, safe transfers, repositioning, and walking assistance
- Providing medication reminders according to care plans
- Helping with errands, grocery shopping, transportation to appointments, and community outings
- Monitoring client well-being and reporting updates or concerns to the office team
- Following individualized care plans while supporting each client’s routines, dignity, and independence
Caregivers are expected to arrive on time, communicate professionally, maintain respectful boundaries, and provide dependable care in every home they enter.
QualificationsWe are seeking caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent care throughout the Blackfoot area.
Preferred qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility support
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans carefully
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
