In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of top-tier foodservice and beverage chain accounts by deepening relationships, expanding product usage, and identifying new commercial opportunities. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans while ensuring alignment with revenue, profitability, and customer objectives.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts by increasing menu penetration, strengthening partnerships, and defending core business.
- Identify, develop, and close new opportunities across targeted beverage chains through tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Build and execute strategic account plans, sales forecasts, and pricing strategies to meet annual growth targets.
- Lead customer engagement across all levels, ensuring strong relationships and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, from product development to commercialization.
- Analyze market trends and pipeline performance to refine growth strategies and prioritize opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline visibility, customer interactions, and reporting accuracy.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in beverage or foodservice account management, with a proven ability to manage large chain customers and drive complex sales cycles. You combine commercial acumen with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate cross-functional environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, food science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing top-tier chain accounts in foodservice or beverage sales.
- Strong background in beverage applications such as coffee, tea, smoothies, energy drinks, or functional beverages.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and deliver against revenue targets.
- Experience leading new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work effectively across distributed teams.
