In this role, you will lead enterprise transformation initiatives focused on driving user adoption, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes within complex technology environments. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and client stakeholders to create impactful communication, training, and engagement strategies that support lasting organizational change. The position offers the chance to work on innovative AI and Microsoft ecosystem projects while contributing to high-visibility transformation programs across industries. - Lead the design and execution of change leadership strategies that support enterprise AI and technology transformation initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to develop tailored adoption and engagement plans.
- Build and manage stakeholder engagement strategies that foster alignment, advocacy, and organizational buy-in at all levels.
- Develop communication materials and enablement content, including executive messaging, user guides, job aids, videos, and adoption resources.
- Design and facilitate training programs and scalable learning experiences to support user adoption of new tools and processes.
- Define and track adoption metrics, analyze outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coach project sponsors and business leaders to strengthen visible sponsorship and reinforce change initiatives.
- Identify resistance points and implement mitigation strategies to accelerate adoption and reduce organizational friction.
- Collaborate closely with internal consultants, client teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities through project scoping, effort estimation, and statement of work development.
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-level change management or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in change leadership frameworks, methodologies, and adoption strategies with demonstrated business impact.
- Experience supporting technical implementations, digital transformation, or Microsoft ecosystem initiatives, including M365 and AI-related tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and build trust across all organizational levels.
- Experience developing training materials, communication assets, and stakeholder engagement programs.
- Agile and adaptable mindset with the ability to navigate evolving priorities and dynamic client environments.
- Proven consulting or client-facing experience, either externally or within large enterprise organizations.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to quickly assess situations and deliver value independently.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Teams, Power Platform, Security, or Copilot solutions is highly desirable.
- Big 4 consulting experience and change management certifications are considered strong assets.
- Competitive salary range of $110,000–$165,000 USD (location-dependent variations may apply).
