This role supports the successful delivery of customer-facing software and AI-enabled projects within a fast-paced, global technology environment. You will work closely with senior project managers to coordinate delivery activities, maintain project documentation, and ensure clear communication across internal teams and customers. - Support the delivery of software and AI-enabled customer projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Maintain and update project documentation including plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups across cross-functional and customer-facing teams.
- Contribute to clear and consistent internal and external project communications and status updates.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, delivery processes, and best practices throughout project execution.
- Adapt to evolving priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Up to 4 years of experience in project coordination or project management within SaaS, software, or customer-facing delivery environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled or technical project environments, with exposure to concepts such as AI, LLMs, or NLU considered an advantage.
- Understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Developing ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in structured environments.
- Basic understanding of AI-related delivery considerations such as data quality, model limitations, and performance metrics is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP or similar) are an advantage but not required.
