This role is for someone who runs a shop like they own it. You'll lead an established team, drive production, and grow Charleston into one of our top performing locations.

The Role
Run our Charleston shop. Lead and develop a full team that is already in place. Schedule production and coach your managers to do the same. Earn customer trust and grow the business. You'll have regional support when you need it and autonomy when you don't.

- Real collision experience. You can schedule cars through a shop and coach your team to do the same. Cycle time, throughput, and load balancing are second nature.
- Leadership. You manage a team, hold standards, and develop people.
- Autonomy with strong communication. You operate independently, keep regional leadership informed, and never leave your team guessing.
- Business acumen. Gross profit, parts margins, labor efficiency, and cycle time drive your decisions.
- Composure. Pressure, conflict, and tough conversations don't rattle you.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus performance bonus

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
- Ability to be present on the shop floor and work safely in a production environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
- Must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of conditions.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat as needed.
