This role sits at the intersection of editorial strategy, SEO-driven growth, and brand storytelling, shaping how a fast-scaling SaaS platform is discovered and trusted by mission-driven organizations. You will own the content ecosystem end to end, helping evolve the brand from a point solution into a full lifecycle platform for grant management. Working closely with product marketing, growth, and external partners, you will design and execute content strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement across multiple channels. This is a high-impact role where editorial quality and performance marketing meet, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will play a key role in defining voice, scaling content operations, and integrating AI-powered workflows to improve speed and consistency. Operating in a hypergrowth environment, you will directly influence how thousands of organizations understand and adopt the product.
You will own the content strategy and execution across SEO, editorial, and full-funnel marketing initiatives, ensuring every piece of content drives measurable business impact. You will build a scalable content engine that strengthens brand authority while supporting growth objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy spanning SEO, editorial storytelling, and demand-generation initiatives
- Drive organic growth through keyword strategy, on-page SEO optimization, and collaboration with growth and external partners
- Own the editorial vision, ensuring a consistent brand voice across blogs, newsletters, social channels, and campaigns
- Turn high-impact content such as webinars, reports, and research into multi-channel content ecosystems
- Partner with product marketing to support campaigns, landing pages, nurture flows, and sales enablement content
- Lead original research and thought leadership initiatives that position the brand as a category leader
- Build and manage AI-assisted content workflows to improve efficiency and maintain quality at scale
- Oversee and coordinate freelancers and agencies to support scalable content production
This role requires a strong blend of strategic content leadership, SEO expertise, and exceptional writing ability, combined with experience operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- 6+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or editorial roles
- Proven experience balancing SEO-driven demand generation and brand-focused storytelling
- Strong understanding of SEO and GEO practices, including keyword strategy and on-page optimization
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment with the ability to refine tone, clarity, and narrative quality
- Ability to quickly develop deep subject matter expertise in complex domains through research and interviews
- Experience managing or collaborating with freelancers and external agencies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect content performance to business outcomes
- Experience in nonprofit, fundraising, or mission-driven sectors is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows for content creation and optimization is highly valued
