  • Manage and strengthen client relationships by facilitating executive-level communication, strategic discussions, and ongoing engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to contractual obligations and SLAs.
  • Oversee project and portfolio governance, including planning, status reporting, and escalation management across initiatives.
  • Identify, monitor, and resolve risks and issues while managing change requests through structured governance processes.
  • Drive operational consistency by ensuring proper use of task management tools and standardized delivery processes.
  • Support process improvement initiatives in collaboration with operations, training, and product teams.
  • Lead internal and external meetings, ensuring clear documentation of decisions, actions, and follow-ups.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, including coaching, performance guidance, and workload coordination (if applicable).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Project Management, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, including 5+ years managing complex, multi-workstream portfolios.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale implementations or enterprise-level programs in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement, including executive-level communication and client relationship management.
  • Experience in risk management, issue resolution, governance, and change management processes.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, ambiguity, and shifting demands in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to drive collaboration across teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in education, SaaS, consulting, or public sector environments is a plus.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range ($79,000–$125,000 annually)
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and bereavement leave
  • Remote work flexibility with collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact, large-scale public sector programs
  • Professional development and leadership growth opportunities
  • Inclusive and mission-driven work environment focused on education and public impact
