This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth execution and governance across complex, cross-functional programs within a dynamic federal health environment. You will act as a key coordination point between technical and non-technical teams, helping maintain operational alignment, manage risks, and support issue resolution to keep initiatives on track. The position requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate operational challenges into structured, actionable insights. You will contribute to documentation, reporting, and process improvement efforts that enhance program delivery and consistency. Working in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting, you will support stakeholders across multiple workstreams to ensure continuity and accountability. You will support governance and operational coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring program activities are aligned, risks are managed, and execution remains consistent and transparent.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across client and internal stakeholder groups to ensure alignment on program goals and delivery
- Identify, track, and help mitigate operational risks and issues, escalating when necessary to maintain program stability
- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and operational analysis to support decision-making and governance processes
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to maintain clear communication and workflow continuity
- Help ensure continuity of operations across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Support process tracking, operational reporting, and execution monitoring using standard productivity tools
You bring strong analytical and communication skills, with experience supporting operational, programmatic, or governance functions in complex environments. You are comfortable working across teams and managing multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, program support, or related analytical roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to operational detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work effectively across diverse technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with operational processes, governance frameworks, or enterprise program environments
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools used for tracking and reporting work
- Experience in federal, healthcare, or large-scale IT environments is a plus
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data operations, or system integration environments is advantageous
- Competitive salary range of $85,093 to $108,100 annually, depending on experience and location
