This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter (Contract) based in United States.

This role is focused on high-volume, full-cycle recruiting within a fast-growing data center and digital infrastructure environment. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring technical talent across operational and engineering functions that support large-scale data center operations. The position requires strong ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination. You will partner closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to ensure hiring needs are met quickly and efficiently in a highly dynamic environment. Success in this role depends on your ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience. You will also play a key role in supporting hiring surges tied to expansion and new site launches. The environment is fast-paced, technical, and highly collaborative, with a strong focus on execution and scalability.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for technical and operational data center roles across multiple hiring streams.

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for high-volume data center roles from intake through offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce needs.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles including technicians, engineers, and leadership positions.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure timely feedback throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking within applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Lever.
  • Support hiring surges related to new data center builds, expansions, and operational scaling.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while balancing speed, compliance, and hiring volume demands.
Requirements:

This role requires strong high-volume recruiting experience, technical hiring knowledge, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, infrastructure-driven environments.

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in high-volume or technical hiring environments.
  • Proven experience recruiting for data center roles such as technicians, engineers, managers, or similar technical positions.
  • Strong understanding of data center operations, shift structures, and technical workforce requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and hiring surges in a dynamic business environment.
  • Contract or agency recruiting experience is a plus.
