About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Production Associate who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and keep our backroom operations running smoothly. You’ll help guide the production team, ensure our sales floor stays stocked with great finds, and keep things moving from donation drop-off to store display. Think of yourself as part coach, part organizer, and part treasure hunter!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily production activities in the donation and processing areas
• Train, guide, and motivate production team members to meet goals
• Sort, price, and prepare donated goods for the sales floor
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Ensure merchandise meets quality standards before hitting the sales floor
• Assist in organizing seasonal and special displays
• Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Communicate with management on production needs and progress
• Uphold Goodwill’s policies, safety guidelines, and mission in all activities

What We’re Looking for

• Previous experience in production, warehouse, or retail preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25–50 lbs., and bend/stoop as needed

What to Expect

• Mostly indoors, sometimes outside
• Active, hands-on work (no cubicles here!)
• Some weekends required — we keep things moving

Work Environment

This position works primarily in our backroom production area and donation zone. It’s active, hands-on, and perfect for someone who likes to stay busy and work as part of a team.
