Help pets find their forever homes by providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the adoption process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective adopters in person, by phone, and via email
• Guide adopters through the adoption process and answer questions
• Match pets with adopters based on lifestyle and compatibility
• Process adoption applications and maintain accurate records
• Update adoption information using computer systems and databases
• Support adoption events and community outreach initiatives
• Work with team members to help achieve placement goals
  

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
  
• Comfortable using computers, email, and data entry systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Compassion for animals and a passion for helping pets find homes
• Ability to work weekends as scheduled

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, animal welfare, or a related field preferred but not required
