The role also leads process issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts across multiple franchises. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position combining strategic process leadership with hands-on operational execution in a highly regulated MedTech setting.

Accountabilities

  • Act as a key advisor on large-scale initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams across Surgery, Electrophysiology, and Neuro business areas.
  • Serve as subject matter authority for OTC processes, providing guidance, issue resolution, and status updates to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate operational risks and process disruptions caused by business, system, or industry changes.
  • Design, document, and maintain end-to-end OTC business process flows within enterprise systems.
  • Lead business simulation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities for process and system enhancements.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and IT standards while balancing operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Process Excellence methodologies to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure integrated and compliant process execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in supply chain, order management, or business process roles within a regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes and end-to-end supply chain interdependencies.
  • Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with enterprise systems, data flows, and process management tools.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks including CSV, SOX, and GxP requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a process improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong organizational discipline.
  • Experience with Lean, Process Excellence, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
  • CSCP certification and experience in Surgery, EP, or Neuro business processes are a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary range: $94,000–$151,800 annually, depending on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for long-term incentive programs.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, holidays, sick leave, and personal/family time.
  • Paid parental leave, caregiver leave, bereavement leave, and volunteer time off.
  • Retirement savings plan with company participation.
  • Flexible and inclusive work environment with potential remote work options.
