As a Commercial Furniture Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing market share throughout the Greater Detroit region.
Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and close new commercial business opportunities
- Build relationships with business owners, C-suite executives, facilities leaders, healthcare administrators, architects, designers, and real estate professionals
- Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through project completion
- Conduct client needs assessments and present customized workplace solutions
- Collaborate with internal design, project management, and implementation teams
- Generate referrals through networking, industry associations, and community involvement
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and accurately manage CRM activity
- Expand existing client relationships and identify additional growth opportunities
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales, business development, or account management experience
- Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales goals
- Experience managing consultative or solution-based sales cycles
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
