Behavioral Technician/Behavioral Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and record data on client behaviors accurately and consistently
- Assist clients with daily living skills, social skills, and communication development
- Provide positive reinforcement and support to promote desired behaviors
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times
- Follow ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards in all interactions
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree and or bachelor's degree
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and adaptable in various situations
- Basic understanding of data collection and behavior management techniques
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required in some roles

Requirements:Behavioral Technicians/Specialist are responsible for overall behavioral management and observation of clients in care at our facilities. Behavioral Technicians will provide support to clients. This support includes but is not limited to behavioral, interpersonal, social-skills coaching, daily living skills, educational, and recreational activities.
Hours are primarily second shift and working some weekends. Flexibility is required.
