  • Managed Services Turn-key Hospitality/Casino Housekeeping, Stewarding, Third Shift Cleaning, Public Area Cleaning, Laundry and Kitchen Cleaning
  • Managed Services Staffing Hospitality Staffing for the Resort, Casino & Event space.
  • Specialty Services Window and Chandelier Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Pool Cleaning and Maintenance, Exterior Building Cleaning

Position Overview:

Responsible for acting in a support role to housekeepers and supervisors, cleaning hallways, vacuuming removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom, replacing toiletries, towels, while providing great customer service.Works in a fast and efficient manner.Is open to coaching and feedback from Supervisor and makes improvement based on feedback.

Essential Duties:

  • Provides housekeepers with needed supplies and stocks storerooms and carts
  • Removes trash and soiled linens. Prepares and separates soiled linens and terry for pick up
  • Use floor equipment as required in the units, hallways, etc
  • Works weekends and holidays
  • Flips mattresses over on a quarterly basis or as required by manufacturer
  • Immediately notifies supervisor of any equipment failure
  • Direct guests and handle guest requests
  • Open to coaching and feedback from supervisors. Makes improvement based on feedback.
  • Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees.

Job Functions / Physical Requirements

  • Must have a strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, walk moderate distances, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs of weight on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and perform other routine physical activities.
  • Good verbal communication skills; pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Must meet company and client appearance standards.
  • Ability to work with cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
  • Ability to perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
