Job Description
Do you have an eye for detail that others don't? Are you the person who catches the typo, notices the missing signature, or spots when something just doesn't look right? Do you enjoy work that requires focus, accuracy, and problem-solving? If so, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
About the Company:
For over 50 years, our client has set the gold standard in the mortgage lending industry, providing timely, accurate, and compliant closing documents for more than 5 million residential loan transactions nationwide. Their reputation for precision, compliance, and exceptional client service has made them a trusted partner to mortgage lenders across the country.
As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking detail-oriented professionals to join their legal team and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of the legal entity documents that support residential lending transactions. If you enjoy working in a structured environment where accuracy matters and your attention to detail makes a real impact, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with an industry leader.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join a growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the legal field without needing prior law firm experience or a paralegal certificate.
In this role, you'll work alongside experienced attorneys reviewing legal entity documents to ensure they meet legal and regulatory requirements. You'll learn how businesses are structured, how organizational documents work, and how to identify issues that could impact legal compliance.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in getting things right the first time.
What You'll Be Doing:
What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
Our client is willing to train the right person. They're looking for individuals with the aptitude, work ethic, and attention to detail necessary to succeed in a legal environment. Success in this role is driven far more by your ability to learn, think critically, and maintain accuracy than by previous legal experience.
What You'll Gain:
If you're highly organized, naturally curious, and enjoy work that requires precision and attention to detail, apply today to learn more.
