You will also contribute to improving systems, enhancing planning tools, and increasing automation through modern analytics and AI-enabled workflows. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and highly data-driven, with strong expectations for ownership and continuous improvement.
- Lead end-to-end forecasting and budgeting cycles, coordinating inputs across departments and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Build, maintain, and refine headcount and operating expense models, acting as a key financial partner to business and functional leaders.
- Develop and enhance financial reporting and dashboards that provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Administer and optimize financial planning systems such as Workday Adaptive Planning, improving workflows, data accuracy, and usability.
- Drive variance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial and operational performance.
- Support strategic initiatives through ad hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled solutions to scale FP&A capabilities efficiently.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial roles with ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar enterprise planning tools.
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles; exposure to statutory accounting is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders and business leaders.
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally within fintech, insurtech, or technology-driven organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify drivers behind financial performance and recommend actionable improvements.
- Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve FP&A efficiency and scale processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range: $120,000 – $140,000, plus equity (RSUs)
- Performance-based compensation structure aligned with company results
- 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
- Multiple medical, dental, and vision insurance options
- Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions depending on plan selection
- Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage
- Flexible PTO policy with holidays and paid parental leave
- Additional wellbeing and supplemental insurance options (mental health, pet insurance, critical illness, etc.)
- Professional development support, including learning budgets for certifications and training
- Fully remote-first work environment with strong flexibility and autonomy
