Physician Assistant (PA) – Sleep Medicine
Location: Austin, Texas (Telemedicine and In-Person)
Job Type: Full-Time

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our team and contribute to our pioneering work in sleep medicine.
Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with attending physicians to provide clinical direction and leadership in the assessment and treatment of sleep-related conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive sleep consultations and follow-up visits via telemedicine and in person.
- Recommend and authorize prescriptions for appropriate sleep therapy. Must be open to all treatment modalities and options.
- Manage therapy compliance and follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Work closely with physicians to improve clinical performance, patient satisfaction, and overall service quality.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including chart reviews and peer reviews.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the quality of patient care.
· Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program; Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies preferred.
· Current PA-C certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
· Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in the State of Texas, with willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.
· Current CPR certification.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare teams.
· Commitment to professional development through continuing education, research, or specialty certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous experience in sleep medicine or a strong interest in specializing in this field.
- Ability to assess and treat patients of all ages, understanding lifespan development and sleep-related health concerns.
