We’re hiring an Assistant Store Manager to join a solid, long-standing team that takes pride in serving our neighbors every day. If you’re dependable, friendly, and motivated to make a difference in your community, we’d love to have you on board.

What You’ll Do:

* Assist Store Manager with oversight of the store operations

* Assist with hiring, supervising and working with team members to accomplish daily tasks

* Assist with training, supervision, scheduling and performance reviews

* Assist with inventory management to include ordering, receiving, and merchandising

* Assist with implementing sales strategies and promotional activities to drive sales

* Assist with proper documentation of sales transactions

* Operate register and handle transactions accurately according to company standards and policies

* Ensure team members adhere to regulatory requirements, safety standards and company policies

* Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and looking great

* Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store

* Provide friendly, caring, and honest service to every customer

* Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

* Lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs.

* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 lbs.

* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift

* Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
