Remote | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern
Pay: $17.00 per hour
U.S. Residents Only (excluding NY, WA, DC, OR, UT)
Join Our Team
We're looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Provider Relations Single Case Agreement (SCA) Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with healthcare providers to establish agreements, coordinate referrals, and help ensure injured workers receive timely access to care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and building professional relationships.
What You'll Do
As a Provider Relations SCA Specialist, you'll play a key role in connecting patients with healthcare providers by securing agreements and supporting provider network development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting healthcare providers and facilities to secure referral placements and services.
- Negotiating Single Case Agreements and other provider contracts.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with providers and healthcare facilities.
- Researching and identifying new providers to join the network.
- Assisting with network, authorization, billing, and contract-related issues.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of provider concerns.
- Communicating professionally through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Skilled at problem-solving and building relationships.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Preferred
- 1-2 years of contract negotiation or provider relations experience.
- Experience in workers' compensation, healthcare, physical therapy, or diagnostic imaging.
- Experience reviewing and understanding contract language.
