About ChronicCareIQ:
ChronicCareIQ develops healthcare SaaS solutions that improve chronic disease management, care coordination, interoperability, provider efficiency, patient engagement, and value-based care.
Position Summary:
The Business Analyst translates product strategy into actionable requirements, owns the product backlog, collaborates with Engineering, Clinical Operations, Customer Success, UX, QA, and stakeholders, and ensures successful Agile delivery of healthcare software.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and prioritize the product backlog.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow documentation, and FRDs.
Conduct product discovery and customer workflow analysis.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support releases.
Collaborate on EHR integrations, HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, REST APIs, and OAuth.
Monitor feature adoption and product analytics.
Maintain product documentation and release notes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 plus years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar Agile role.
Healthcare SaaS experience.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
CSPO or SAFe POPM certification.
EHR/EMR experience.
Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, REST APIs.
Experience supporting CCM, RPM, RTM, PCM, APCM, TCM, BHI, CoCM, and value-based care.
