General Labor – Warehouse Associate (2nd Shif in Dallas, Texas at SuiteMate Staffing Solutions

SuiteMate Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented General Labor / Warehouse Associate to assist with warehouse operations, including the handling, sorting, packaging, storage, and organization of various types of property and evidence.

The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-conscious, physically capable of performing warehouse duties, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

• Receive, sort, organize, stock, and store various types of property and evidence.

• Properly package property and evidence into boxes, plastic tubes, plastic bags, or envelopes.

• Place and organize items on designated shelves, racks, bins, or pallets.

• Safely palletize property and materials for storage.

• Lift, move, and handle medium to large-sized boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Safely climb and work from stair ladders approximately 10–12 feet tall.

• Enter and update incoming and outgoing property information in the warehouse management system.

• Maintain accurate records of stored and transferred property.

• Perform routine warehouse safety checks and report potential hazards.

• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling certain types of waste, property, or evidence.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Follow established safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.

• Perform additional general labor and warehouse duties as assigned.

• Previous general labor, warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred but not required.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to enter information into a warehouse management system.

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to safely climb stair ladders approximately 10–12 feet tall.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.

• Willingness to wear required PPE when handling designated materials.

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

• Work uniforms will be provided.

• Employees must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when assigned.

• All warehouse safety procedures and handling guidelines must be followed.
