Cupbop is coming to Tyler, and we're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Front of House (FOH) Team Members to join our opening team!

We're hiring for multiple shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Pay: $9.00/hour + tips

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll help create an exceptional guest experience while serving up Cupbop's signature Korean BBQ bowls!

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide friendly, efficient customer service.

• Take guest orders accurately and operate the point-of-sale system.

• Explain menu options, proteins, sauces, and spice levels to guests.

• Assemble, package, and check orders for accuracy.

• Assist with online, takeout, and delivery orders.

• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized front counter, dining, and beverage areas.

• Follow cash-handling procedures and company policies.

• Restock supplies and complete opening, shift-change, and closing duties.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.

• Work with urgency during busy periods while maintaining a positive guest experience.

• Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Willingness to learn the Cupbop menu and operating procedures.

• Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts.

• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Reliable transportation.

• Availability to work scheduled days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must meet applicable minimum age requirements for assigned duties.
