You will develop market-specific strategies, engage senior pharmaceutical and IT stakeholders, and demonstrate how unified digital solutions can improve operational efficiency and accelerate time to market. Working closely with global and regional teams, you will influence product direction, customer success, and commercial growth. This position offers the opportunity to shape digital transformation across a rapidly evolving life sciences landscape, supporting organizations developing complex generics, biologics, biosimilars, and innovative therapies. If you combine deep pharmaceutical industry knowledge with strategic vision and commercial leadership, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to deliver lasting impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute RIM strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive strategy for Regulatory Information Management solutions tailored to the Indian pharmaceutical market, driving adoption and sustained usage among organizations of different sizes.
  • Lead customer engagement and success: Build trusted relationships with pharmaceutical executives, regulatory affairs leaders, and IT decision-makers, guiding them through the transition to modern regulatory processes and technologies.
  • Promote digital regulatory transformation: Help customers implement unified RIM capabilities for regulatory data management, registration tracking, submission management, health authority interactions, and regulatory publishing.
  • Demonstrate business value: Articulate the benefits of integrated regulatory solutions through measurable outcomes, including faster time to market, right-first-time submissions, improved operational efficiency, and greater regulatory process consistency.
  • Drive market adoption and commercial growth: Identify prospective customers, develop strategies to expand the customer base, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to capture opportunities across the Indian pharmaceutical market.
  • Own growth and pricing strategies: Establish product growth plans, define pricing strategies, and identify opportunities to increase adoption and maximize the commercial potential of the RIM portfolio.
  • Collaborate across global functions: Partner with Product, Professional Services, Solution Consulting, Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams to refine offerings and ensure they address customer needs.
  • Influence product development and positioning: Bring market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory industry trends to internal stakeholders to inform product strategy and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Guide organizational change: Advise regulatory and IT leaders on adopting new ways of working, aligning people, processes, and technology to realize the full value of digital regulatory transformation.
  • Build strategic execution plans: Translate business objectives into actionable plans across product development, marketing, consulting, customer success, and commercial operations, maintaining accountability for measurable results.
Requirements:
  • Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience: Approximately 15 years of experience working in the Indian or global pharmaceutical industry, either within a life sciences organization or as a consultant, technology provider, or solutions partner to the industry.
  • Regulatory affairs expertise: Strong understanding of regulatory business processes, regulatory information management, and the technologies used throughout the pharmaceutical product lifecycle.
  • Digital transformation knowledge: Familiarity with the challenges of modernizing regulatory operations, managing regulatory data, tracking registrations, coordinating submissions, and supporting interactions with health authorities.
  • Strategic and commercial leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop market strategies, identify growth opportunities, define execution plans, and deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple functions.
  • Executive-level ownership: A strong ownership mindset, with the ability to operate autonomously, make sound decisions, influence stakeholders, and drive execution both internally and externally.
  • Customer engagement skills: Experience building relationships with senior pharmaceutical, regulatory, and technology stakeholders, understanding their business challenges, and communicating the value of complex digital solutions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to coordinate effectively with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Consulting, and Customer Success, aligning different priorities toward shared business objectives.
  • Communication and presentation skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory and technology concepts clearly to executive audiences.
  • Adaptability and execution: A results-oriented approach, strong critical-thinking capabilities, and the ability to navigate changing market conditions while maintaining focus on strategic priorities.
  • Purpose-driven mindset: A genuine interest in helping pharmaceutical organizations adopt innovative digital solutions that address critical industry challenges and ultimately support the delivery of therapies to patients.
  • International experience: Previous overseas assignments in Europe or the United States are advantageous.
  • Technology and consulting background: Experience working for a software company or systems integrator, or participating in technology implementation and transformation projects, is a plus.
  • Platform familiarity: Previous experience working with Veeva software is beneficial.
  • Global transformation exposure: Experience collaborating with international teams on business transformation, IT transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives is an advantage.
Benefits:
