  • Strong knowledge of commercial law, intellectual property rights, privacy, and data protection principles.
  • Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in English, including the ability to communicate legal positions clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to conduct negotiations and provide legal advice by phone or video conference.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical, commercially focused recommendations.
  • Excellent project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across different teams and regions.
  • A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, accountability, and reliable follow-through in a dynamic international environment.
Benefits:
  • Remote work flexibility: Work from home, in an office, or through a combination of both, depending on business needs and individual preferences.
  • Health and well-being support: Employee benefits designed to support physical health, personal well-being, and work-life balance.
  • Financial benefits: Programs intended to support employees' financial security and overall financial well-being.

  • International collaboration: Opportunities to work with legal, commercial, and business professionals across global markets.
  • Professional development: Exposure to complex international commercial agreements, evolving technology-related legal matters, and cross-functional business challenges.
