The Parent Child Assistant Program Office Assistant undertakes a range of intricate clerical duties to aid the PCAP Clinical Supervisor, PCAP Case Managers, PCAP Lead, and the PCAP office, along with acting as the QA Specialist

RESPONSIBLITIES

Handles incoming calls, addressing inquiries related to PCAP, taking accurate messages, promptly connecting clients with their case managers, and directing visitors with professionalism.Conducts research to support client services, manages resource materials, assist with client data setup, status, and monthly reports.Establishes and manages intricate electronic and physical filing systems and database records, including client files. Enters and retrieves data from the client database and operates office equipment such as computers, copiers, and fax machines.Designs, assesses, and updates forms for internal use, creates office correspondence, and fulfills requests for PCAP information.Executes advanced word processing tasks, including merging and sorting documents, integrating text with graphics, spreadsheets, and databases, and creating footnotes and outlines.Manages email correspondence, sorts and distributes mailAttends all mandatory team meetings.Demonstrates effective communication skills in engaging with high-risk mothers and their families.May conduct exit interviews if the Clinical Director is not availableMay be asked to transport clients to / from office Assist with onsite client childcare during intakesMaintain fleet vehicle servicingPerforms other related duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.


Experience:

2 years of clerical experience or equivalent education/experience


Licenses/Certificates/Registration:

Valid drivers license and insurance
