Nye Automotive is looking for a Full Time Title Clerk to join our team! No experience required, will train the right person! *Experience* a PLUS!

Essential Duties

• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Prepares title and registration documents
• Submits motor vehicle paperwork to the DMV for processing
• Checks for accuracy in the applications and ensures all information is correct
• Bills out dealer trades, new and used car deals
• Prepares stock tags for new and used vehicles
• Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
• Cash out parts and service customers, and provide excellent customer service
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully

• An applicant must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• An applicant must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must have a clean, valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type:

Full Time – Tuesday through Thursday 10 am - 7 pm; Friday 8-6 & Saturday 8-5

Pay Range: $18 - $25, depending on experience

Work Location: In person

Education and/or Experience

• Prior Title Clerk experience is preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
