Accountabilities:
  • Define and evolve the global creative vision and brand expression across marketing campaigns, product launches, digital experiences, and corporate initiatives.
  • Lead the development of high-impact integrated creative concepts spanning digital, video, web, social media, experiential, and out-of-home channels.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to align creative strategies with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Oversee creative quality control and ensure consistency across all global brand touchpoints.
  • Establish scalable creative processes, frameworks, and operational standards to support organizational growth and execution excellence.
  • Present creative strategies and concepts to senior stakeholders while influencing decision-making and brand direction.
  • Drive innovation across visual identity, storytelling, messaging, and customer engagement experiences.
  • Ensure all creative output reflects the organization’s values, positioning, and market leadership.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally within global B2B, SaaS, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, high-impact creative work across integrated marketing campaigns and global brand initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling multidisciplinary creative teams in fast-paced and matrixed environments.
  • Exceptional creative direction, storytelling, conceptual thinking, and brand strategy capabilities.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels.
  • Experience managing large-scale brand systems, rebranding initiatives, or global creative programs.
  • High proficiency with modern creative production workflows, digital tools, and cross-channel campaign execution.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, innovation-driven environments with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.
  • Experience within enterprise technology, cloud infrastructure, AI, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries is considered a strong advantage.
