GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) and ED Attending (MD), the Trauma Technician assists the nursing staff in providing direct, indirect, and environmental tasks to a variety of patients who are accessing emergency services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

· Accepts and carries out assignments from the Patient Care Coordinator/RN in consideration of the unit.
