This role is focused on driving strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing industry across India and international markets such as the USA and Canada. You will play a key role in expanding the client portfolio by building strong relationships with decision-makers, particularly HR leaders and talent acquisition teams. The position combines market research, outbound prospecting, and consultative selling to generate high-value recruitment opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal recruitment and sales teams to align client needs with service offerings. This is a high-impact, target-driven role suited for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments. It offers the opportunity to directly influence revenue growth and business expansion through strategic outreach and relationship management.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development activities, building a strong pipeline of clients, and supporting revenue growth in the recruitment services domain.
- Identify and research potential client organizations using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job boards, and industry tools
- Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities across target industries and regions
- Qualify leads based on hiring needs, company profile, and alignment with recruitment services
- Execute outbound outreach through email campaigns, cold calls, and social media engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and key decision-makers
- Schedule meetings and support the transition of qualified leads to recruitment and sales teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
- Track, analyze, and report on business development performance and pipeline quality
- Continuously optimize lead generation and conversion strategies based on insights and metrics
This role requires strong experience in business development or lead generation within recruitment or staffing environments, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or a similar role
- Prior experience in recruitment or staffing industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client acquisition strategies
- Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and optimize outreach efforts
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to business growth
