We are seeking a strategic and market-focused Product Manager to lead the development and growth of innovative credit marketing solutions within a dynamic, data-driven environment. In this role, you will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and go-to-market initiatives that help organizations connect with consumers more effectively. Accountabilities
  • Own the strategy, development, and launch of advanced credit marketing and prospecting solutions designed to improve customer targeting and engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs and business objectives.
  • Define and communicate product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to development teams, ensuring successful execution of the product roadmap.
  • Develop product vision and long-term strategy through market analysis, customer feedback, competitive research, and emerging industry trends.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies, revenue opportunities, and product investments to prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact.
  • Conduct market and competitive intelligence research to identify new opportunities, solution enhancements, and differentiated value propositions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for credit marketing products, supporting sales enablement, client engagements, and internal training initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align product initiatives with broader platform and business strategies.
  • Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and market dynamics to continuously improve offerings and maximize revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a related strategic role.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, with specific expertise in credit marketing, consumer targeting, or lending-related solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing product lifecycles, from strategy and planning through launch and optimization.
  • Ability to develop product vision and translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating market opportunities, pricing models, revenue potential, and investment priorities.
  • Experience working effectively within complex, matrixed organizations and collaborating across multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks; experience with Pragmatic Marketing methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, approximately 10–20% as required.
