This role is a highly creative, hands-on design position responsible for shaping the visual storytelling of a national education brand.
You will serve as the primary in-house designer, producing high-impact creative across digital, social, web, motion, video, and print channels.
The position combines fast-paced production work with strategic collaboration alongside marketing and performance teams.
You will design assets that support both emotional storytelling and measurable campaign performance, helping connect families with personalized education solutions.
From concept to execution, you will build and optimize creative that is continuously tested, iterated, and improved for impact.
This is an ideal role for a versatile designer who thrives in high-volume environments and enjoys turning ideas into compelling visual experiences.

Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end visual production across digital, social media, paid advertising, web, motion graphics, video, and print design.
  • Create performance-driven ad creative for platforms such as Meta, Google, and YouTube, supporting ongoing testing and optimization efforts.
  • Produce motion graphics and short-form video content to support campaign launches, brand storytelling, and digital engagement initiatives.
  • Design and optimize web assets, including landing pages, layouts, and UI elements, with a focus on A/B testing and conversion performance.
  • Develop scalable design systems and templates for organic social media to support distributed campus teams.
  • Produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, and campus-level marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, performance, and storytelling teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals and audience needs.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional design experience in an in-house, agency, or production environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital ads, motion design, video, web, and print.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid media platforms with iterative testing and optimization.
  • Strong web design skills, including layout, visual hierarchy, and experience with tools such as Figma or similar.
  • Proficiency in video editing and motion design using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience working as a lead or solo designer managing high-volume creative production.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools for ideation, prototyping, or content generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays in accordance with company policy.
  • Life insurance, accident insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with company match, subject to eligibility.
  • Employee assistance program and mental health support resources.
  • Tax-advantaged commuter benefits where applicable.
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Fully remote flexibility depending on role requirements.
  • Opportunity to contribute to mission-driven educational storytelling with national impact.
