Customer Service Representative in Orlando, Florida at Daniels Manufacturing Corporation

Will act as a liaison, providing product\services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency, coupled with processing customer orders and quotes.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for answering calls routed to customer service including assisting with the switchboard when required
• Creating quotes based on customer requests as well as provide inventory availability
• Respond to DMC website customer Chat inquiries related to the product line, including orders, quotes, and general questions.
• Creating quotes based on customer requests as well as provide inventory availability
• Review and qualify customer purchase orders
• Process and enter orders in an accurate and efficient manner in accordance with company and department policies\procedures.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
• Work cohesively with internal departments in a manner that will contribute to company goals.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information
• Strong Microsoft Office skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience required
• Minimum of 1 year phone contact handling skills and active listening required
• Minimum of 1 year processing orders initiating from purchase orders required
• Understanding of Inventory & Shipping practices required
