HR Coordinator (Recruitment) in Valhalla, New York at Westchester Medical Center

Job Summary: Provides administrative support for the Recruitment team and oversees day-to-day tasks to ensure an efficient and productive environment. The HR Coordinator should also have excellent administrative capabilities and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provides a high level of customer service to internal/external candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
• Communicates daily with departments and locums agencies
• Assist Recruitment team with interviewing scheduling and candidate follow up
• Establishes/builds relationships with hiring managers/departments for all facilities
• Participates in and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Covers the front desk area as needed.
• Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to analyze, explain and present data and findings.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with team members from various healthcare departments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite; including Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Education: Associates Degree Required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
