The core responsibilities of this role include: Schedule truck deliveries and pick-ups; works closely with customer service; Works with Client Representatives; Works with truck driving firms; coordinates drivers, equipment and freight; ensures all shipping and receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time; must be able to operate a High Reach Forklift; Must be able to train in Arlington and then migrate to the new Lone Star facility in Lancaster.
Position: Returns Processor
Shift: First Shift
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Pay: $18.10 per hour

- Training Location - Arlington Facility: 1131 W. Bardin St. Arlington, TX
- Migration Location - Lone Start Facility: 2301 E Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 75134
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience operating an high reach forklift; Shipping & Receiving experience; Customer Service representation
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience using an High Reach; previous experience using a sit down forklift; continuous physical demands such as lifting, bending, standing; Accurate record keeping
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Loading/Unloading insulation products, Lots of lifting, standing, bending and using Sit Down Forklift, Material Handler, Loader/Unloader, Order Picking, A minimum of 6 month’s experience operating material handling equipment is Preferred. Experience operating the Sit Down forklift is preferred.

Role Purpose:
Opens and verifies returned merchandise, scans merchandise, and places freight in proper locations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Load, unload, move, stock, and stage product. May require using powered equipment.
- Verify proper item is in the original packaging in preparation for scanning.
- Assure accurate and proper processing of all freight utilizing the scanning system.
- Identify items that require special processing or separation (e.g. hazardous material, store services, research, salvage).
- Ensure that scanned freight reaches the appropriate destination (e.g. slot, destroy, salvage).
- Stack and tape pallets in a safe manner.
- Observe all safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
- Material handling equipment certification, preferred
- Six months warehouse experience, preferred
- Six months forklift operation experience, preferred
