Job Overview:
The Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative provides support to Product Managers in the field by supplying requested information, reports and other needed data. As an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative, you will assist the Sales team in answering and resolving customer questions or issues in a professional, expeditious manner while maintaining a positive, courteous approach to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide inside sales support for Estrotect, McCulloch Medical, ICPbio, Genesis Capital Equipment and MAI P/S Division
- Complete data entry, edits and prepares various documents and reports for the department, both domestic and international
- Accurately enters required data into one or more databases, documents, or spreadsheets
- Update and verify client databases by reconciling monthly statements
- Collect and digitize data such as invoices, and client information
- Ensures completeness of received information and reconciles inconsistencies
- Receives, gathers, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple sources
- Preparation, filing, and indexing of documents
- Communicate with the shipping department of MAI/PS (Spring Valley) and/or MAI (Elmwood) to secure freight costs
- Provide back-up for incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate person
- All other duties assigned by your manager

- Meticulous data entry skills
- Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines
- Ability to review, interpret, and evaluate company documents
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a professional disposition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet time deadlines, and perform under pressure
Education and Experience:
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Technical Degree in related field preferred
- Minimum one-year administrative work experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Solid understanding of safe work practices and OSHA
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Able to perform regular bending, twisting, and lifting to shelve
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and push and/or pull at times
