Full Time - Union Position

We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Specialist who thrives on solving problems, tackling complex repairs, and making a direct impact every day. If you're skilled in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair, this is your opportunity to join a team that values expertise, safety, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you'll diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to a variety of projects that help drive operational success.

In this role, you'll diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to a variety of projects that help drive operational success.
Position Duties:
- Perform maintenance duties, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and special projects involving refrigeration, electrical and general repair.
- Consult with a manager in planning specific job needs and arrange for necessary materials and supplies as needed.
- Respond to emergencies at assigned complexes as required.
- Operate low pressure boilers.
Qualifications:
- EPA certification, preferred
- Boilers license OR willingness to obtain certification within six months from start of employment.
- Valid driver's license.
