Position: Floor Technician | Full-Time
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Location: 10200 Jeff Fuqua Blvd South, Orlando, FL 32827- Orlando Airport Terminal C
Pay Rate: $17.43 per hour

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, full-time Floor Technician to join our team at the Orlando International Airport. This is a consistent, stable position where you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the appearance and safety of our clients' flooring surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing of flooring surfaces including hardwood, tile, vinyl, and carpet using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Assess the condition of floors and execute restoration processes to remove stains, scratches, and other imperfections.
- Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, extractors, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to company standards and client specifications, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for floor care operations.
- Interact professionally with clients and respond to inquiries or requests, demonstrating a commitment to excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and ensure seamless execution of floor care services.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to be on your feet and physically active throughout your shift.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in operating floor care equipment and knowledge of appropriate cleaning techniques and chemicals preferred.
- Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.

This position is located at the Orlando International Airport. All candidates must successfully complete a background check prior to their start date. Details will be provided during the hiring process.
