Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Children's Developmental Center is seeking an experienced Family Resource Coordinator (FRC) Supervisor to lead our Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) team.
In this role, you'll mentor and develop Family Resource Coordinators, ensure high-quality, family-centered services, and help shape the future of early intervention in our community. Every day, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen families, support children with developmental delays, and lead a team committed to changing lives.
What You'll Do
As the FRC Supervisor, you will:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Family Resource Coordinators through reflective supervision and professional development.
- Ensure exceptional service coordination while maintaining compliance with IDEA Part C, ESIT/DCYF, and agency standards.
- Manage staff caseloads, scheduling, performance evaluations, and productivity.
- Coordinate new referrals and oversee timely access to services.
- Monitor program quality through chart audits, data tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with agency leadership to achieve strategic goals and strengthen program outcomes.
- Serve as liaison for the Hospital-to-Home (H2H) program, collaborating with community healthcare partners.
- Maintain your own FRC responsibilities while providing leadership across the department.
- Has experience as a Family Resource Coordinator or in a similar early intervention role.
- Enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others.

Requirements: Qualifications- FRC training through DCYF/ESIT (or ability to complete within 90 days of hire).
- Ability to obtain and maintain an FRC Credential.
- At least one year of experience as an FRC or similar role.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
- Valid Washington State driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to travel locally for home visits and community meetings.
- Required vaccinations including Covid, MMR, TB, and annual flu vaccinations
