Job Description

Position Summary: The Patient Care Technician II performs a variety of clinical and environmental tasks under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The Patient Care Technician II duties are of a technical nature requiring specialized training and skills. The Patient Care Technician II demonstrates the ability to care for patients of all ages in the clinical setting.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: High school diploma/GED preferred
  • Associate’s Degree/Clinical Certification preferred or comparable Copley experience.
  • Certifications: CPR Required
  • CNA certification preferred
  • Crisis Prevention Institute Training preferred (CPI)
  • Telemetry class within one year of employment
  • Special Skills: Bilingual (Spanish) abilities highly desirable
  • Experience: Previous experience preferred
