  • Translate design concepts into constructible solutions
  • Collaborate with project teams, designers, and trade partners

  • Troubleshoot modeling challenges and recommend practical solutions
  • Help drive adoption of VDC tools like BIM, AR/VR, and point cloud technologies

What Success Looks Like
  • Conflicts resolved before construction, reducing rework
  • Accurate, high-quality models aligned with project requirements
  • Reliable delivery of VDC outputs aligned with schedules
  • Strong collaboration and communication across teams
  • Consistent follow-through and growing trust with stakeholders

What You Bring to the Team
  • Strong understanding of construction and building systems
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, or similar tools
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutions
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

What It’s Like to Be Here
  • A collaborative, team-first environment where your voice truly matters
  • Meaningful work on projects that challenge you and help you grow
  • Opportunities to learn, innovate, and expand your impact
  • Support from leaders and teammates who are invested in your success
