Join a Growing Gastroenterology Team!
We are a busy, physician-owned Gastroenterology practice with 33 providers dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. As our practice continues to grow, including the addition of new providers and expanded procedure capacity, we are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented team members to join our clinical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CMA or CNA who enjoys working directly with patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. The role also provides valuable hands-on healthcare experience for individuals pursuing future careers in nursing, medicine, physician assistant studies, and other healthcare professions.

Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Room patients and prepare them for examinations and procedures.
- Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, medications, and patient concerns.
- Assist providers with patient care, clinical documentation, and order entry as directed.
- Help maintain patient flow and support efficient clinic operations.
- Prepare, clean, and stock exam rooms and clinical supplies.
- Complete pre-procedure checklists and patient preparation activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation while protecting patient confidentiality.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CMA certification or CNA certification.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Preferred:
- Gastroenterology experience
- Familiarity with clinical procedures, infection prevention practices, and patient care workflows.
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Schedule
Full-Time between 36-40 hours per week.
- Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM-12:30 PM
