Accountabilities:

Team Leadership and Planning: Lead the quality team and plan execution activities in collaboration with Site and Construction management, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to schedules, resource availability, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Subcontractor and Asset Quality: Monitor the technical performance of subcontractors, assess their capabilities and deliverables, and ensure that material and equipment receiving and handling processes preserve asset integrity.
Technical Quality Assurance: Provide technical authority for the validation of electromechanical assemblies and installations, ensuring strict compliance with engineering designs, applicable standards, and contractual specifications.
HSE Compliance: Act as a quality and safety advocate by ensuring that assembly and commissioning activities follow internal requirements, local regulations, and applicable legislation.
Hydromechanical Expertise: Apply specialized knowledge of hydromechanical equipment and lifting systems to support accurate and technically sound installation activities across hydroelectric and PCH projects.
Non-Conformity and Documentation Management: Manage the full lifecycle of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and quality records, maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Technical Support and Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing technical support to customers and internal teams while using operational feedback and lessons learned to improve processes and strengthen future project execution.

Requirements

Technical Education: Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical Engineering, or a related field is required, while a specialization in Quality Inspection is considered an advantage.
