Summary:

As a Field Clinical Specialist at Tri-anim Health Services, you will leverage your critical care clinical expertise to support the adoption of advanced technologies used in airway management, physiologic monitoring, and cardiac monitoring. This role is designed for an experienced ICU or perioperative nurse or respiratory therapist who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through education and clinical innovation. You will work directly with healthcare teams in ICUs, operating rooms, and acute care environments, providing clinical training, supporting product evaluations, and helping hospitals integrate technologies that support the management of critically ill patients.

The ideal candidate brings deep frontline clinical experience managing critically ill patients, and the ability to translate that experience into meaningful clinical education for healthcare teams.

As a Field Clinical Specialist at Tri-anim Health Services, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse minds in the healthcare industry. Your role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of key products in the areas of Airway Clearance, Medication Delivery, Ventilation, Monitoring, Anesthesia, and New Products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver clinical education programs for healthcare teams in ICU, OR, anesthesia, and other critical care settings, supporting the safe and effective adoption of new technologies
  • Lead and manage pre-evaluation, evaluation, and post-implementation processes, ensuring successful product adoption and integration into high-acuity workflows
  • Provide bedside-relevant training that aligns with real-world critical care practices, helping clinicians optimize device utilization and improve patient outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with clinical stakeholders including ICU nurses, respiratory therapists, anesthesia providers, intensivists, and clinical leadership
  • Partner with sales team to support commercialization efforts by delivering clinically credible product education and demonstrations within critical care environments
  • Support product evaluations and conversions by guiding clinical teams through workflow integration, competency development, and best practices for patient care
  • Retain and grow revenue within existing accounts by demonstrating the clinical and operational value of Tri-anim’s critical care portfolio
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales team members by providing clinical expertise and real-world context for product use in critical care settings
  • Partner with the Clinical Education team to support national field training initiatives for the sales organization, ensuring clinical accuracy and consistency
  • Serve as a voice of the customer to Product Management and New Product Development, providing insights from ICU and acute care environments
  • Provide feedback on clinical workflow challenges, competitive landscape, and emerging trends within critical care medicine

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in high-acuity settings, such as:
      • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
      • Operating Room (OR)
      • Anesthesia / Perioperative care
      • Emergency Department or Critical Care Transport
  • Demonstrated expertise in critical care procedures, respiratory support, airway management, and acute patient management

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to educate clinicians and influence practice change
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, autonomous field environment
  • Experience with clinical education, product training, or medical device implementation
  • Strong presence presenting to clinical teams, physicians, and hospital leadership
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate clinical experience into commercial and educational impact preferred
  • Ability to independently manage all aspects of the job role including required goals and business practices in a remote environment
Candidates may be located anywhere within the assigned coverage territory; however, residence within a reasonable commuting distance of a major commercial airport is strongly preferred.
