What You Will Do

  • This leadership position directs the University's graduate recruitment, graduate enrollment strategy, graduate partnerships, and graduate marketing efforts in support of institutional enrollment and academic program goals. The position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment plans, market development strategies, communication plans, partnership initiatives, and enrollment strategies designed to increase graduate enrollment across all colleges and academic programs.
  • The Director serves as the primary Enrollment Management liaison to the Graduate School and works in close collaboration with the Dean of the Graduate School to develop and implement graduate enrollment strategies that support institutional priorities and academic program objectives. The position provides enrollment management expertise, market intelligence, recruitment strategy, and operational leadership while partnering with the Graduate School and academic departments to strengthen graduate enrollment.
  • This position collaborates extensively with graduate program directors, faculty, academic leadership, the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment, and the Director of International Recruitment and Partnerships to ensure a coordinated graduate recruitment, admissions, and enrollment process. The Director is accountable for developing and implementing strategies designed to meet institutional graduate enrollment goals through effective recruitment, partnerships, communications, and enrollment planning.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in higher education recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, graduate education, or student services and a Bachelor's degree required. A Master's degree is preferred. Demonstrated success in graduate recruitment, enrollment management, strategic planning, partnership development, or higher education marketing is preferred. Experience with student information systems such as Banner and CRM systems such as Slate is required. Demonstrated ability to analyze enrollment data, develop strategic recruitment initiatives, build collaborative partnerships, and communicate effectively with academic leadership, faculty, and external constituents is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, exercise sound judgment, manage multiple priorities, travel as needed, and work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
