Pivotal Health is seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Home Sleep Study Patient Scheduler to join our team in Simi Valley, California. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for patients, helping coordinate home sleep studies and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from referral through scheduling and device shipment.

• Contact patients referred for home sleep testing and explain the sleep study process.
• Review insurance coverage, benefits, and financial responsibilities with patients.
• Answer patient questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate and schedule shipments of home sleep testing devices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling documentation.
• Protect patient privacy and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in training, quality improvement initiatives, and company meetings as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by leadership.

• Strong computer and internet navigation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service while handling sensitive patient information.

• Previous medical scheduling or healthcare office experience.
• Knowledge of medical insurance plans, benefits, and coverage.
• Ability to read and follow physician orders.
• Familiarity with sleep study protocols and procedures.
