This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to support global benefits operations by combining analytical expertise, client service, and process improvement.
The Senior Benefits Analyst will work with international teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient benefits solutions for clients.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Benefits Analyst will support the delivery and management of global benefits services by analyzing client needs, maintaining operational processes, and providing expert guidance. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, accurate support related to benefits administration, claims, compliance, and processes.
  • Manage assigned client accounts while ensuring key performance indicators and service level agreements are achieved.
  • Analyze client requirements and support the implementation of effective benefits solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain and improve benefits processes, documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Prepare KPI reports and analytical insights to support stakeholder decision-making.
  • Assist with benefits-related projects by applying analytical skills to improve offerings and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate client needs and historical data to identify opportunities for optimized benefits solutions.
  • Collaborate with benefits consultants, HR teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulations and legislative changes affecting benefits programs.
  • Communicate complex benefits information clearly to educate clients and employees about available options and requirements.
  • Support routine audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance activities.
  • Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and coordinate with relevant partners when needed.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in benefits administration, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable working with international stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality service in a global environment.

  • 2–5 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits processing, administration, and operational workflows.
  • Experience supporting global benefits programs or working with international teams is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules supporting APAC or EMEA time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, leadership, clients, and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and organize key activities efficiently.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
