What You'll Do
As our Quality Control Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring operational and regulatory excellence across Puerto Rico and the USA by:
β Overseeing and managing quality control systems and processes
β Collecting and evaluating study files to ensure they meet acceptable quality and integrity standards
β Ensuring contract compliance by reviewing and approving quality requirements for supplier purchase orders, manufacturing, and related services
β Testing products across the three stages of production (before, in-process, and final) to ensure quality levels are met
β Drafting and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), manuals, logs, records, and documentation for QA processes
β Verifying that all personnel follow quality control procedures while helping check and update policies
β Supporting recruitment and patient outreach calls, office inventory, purchasing, and real-time system administration
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
β High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
β Exceptional attention to detail, empathy, and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality
β Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage files and records effectively
β Proficiency in quality processes and statistical techniques, backed by a solid understanding of test equipment
β Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
β Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, mixed office and laboratory setting
