SUMMARY: Responsible and accountable for the management of 3 or more providers and clinic staff or 2 or more clinics and supervising all aspects of clinic operations to support the goals of exceptional patient care and the purpose and values of Baxter Regional Medical Center.
BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Dynamic Health and Healthstream Policy Manager.
Required to work with the Clinic Director regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health clinics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1 year of management experience required, preferably in the medical field. Knowledge of medical office processes preferred.
Other: Demonstrates basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of eClinicalWorks a plus.
Preferred Education: Associate degree in Business or Health Administration, Management or equivalent field.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a clinic setting where office staff work 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts. Must be responsible and available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
