• Valid Massage Therapist license in the state of Florida.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

• Successful completion of an accredited massage therapy program.

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to exceptional client care.

• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional standards.

• Previous experience working in a medical spa, luxury spa, or wellness center.

• Experience performing Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and relaxation massages.

• Additional certifications in specialized massage techniques or wellness therapies.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele.

• Provide high-quality, personalized massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs and wellness goals.

• Conduct professional client consultations to assess concerns, preferences, and treatment expectations.

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massage.

• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.

• Educate clients on massage benefits, aftercare recommendations, and wellness practices.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing treatment environment in accordance with sanitation and safety standards.

• Accurately document client treatments, preferences, and progress while maintaining confidentiality.
